Will my trades be saved if I close the app?
Trades saved successfully to your connected TradeBagio account remain available after you close or refresh the app. If a save shows an error, keep the page open and try again before leaving.
How do I export my trade data?
Open Settings and use Export CSV or Export JSON. CSV is useful for spreadsheets; JSON is useful for keeping a structured backup.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open Subscription from the sidebar, review the available plan and choose the upgrade option shown there. Your available features depend on the plan displayed for your account.
I have a billing or account access issue. What should I send support?
Email support@tradebagio.in with the email address on your TradeBagio account, a short description of the issue, and any relevant screenshot. Never send your password or verification codes.
Why are my MetaTrader trades not appearing?
Check that your MetaTrader connection is configured and active, then confirm the connector is running and syncing to the same TradeBagio account. If it still fails, contact support with the connection status and approximate time of the missing trade. Do not email your trading password.
Does TradeBagio need my MetaTrader password?
Do not send your MetaTrader password to support or paste it into a support message. Use the connection flow provided in TradeBagio and share only non-secret diagnostic details when asking for help.
My journal changes are not showing in Trades. What should I do?
Save the journal first, wait for the success notification, then revisit Trades or refresh the page. If the update still does not appear, send support the trade symbol, approximate trade date, and a screenshot—never include account passwords.
